       stages. Prior to Newbury, Charles offered advisory services as part of Battery Park Capital, LLC in New York. Charles' investment banking 
       experience spans private equity buyouts, growth capital investments and corporate M&A. Charles received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Anselm
       College and a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management.

       Andrew is a managing partner at AvantaLion, LLC, a Beijing-based venture capital firm with $100 million in capital commitments. AvantaLion focuses on
       China-based technology and media start-ups. Prior to AvantaLion, Andrew was in-house mergers and acquisitions counsel for Computer Associates,
       Hong Kong office. Prior to Computer Associates, Andrew worked with both the New York and Hong Kong offices of Shearman & Sterling's corporate
       finance group. Andrew received an LLM degree from Columbia Law School.

       companies Joydeep co-founded, Iteamic, was acquired by a publicly-traded company in 2008. Since then, Joydeep has been investing both time and
       capital in various IT start-ups. Joydeep has extensive experience in financial data IT platforms and off-shore and near-shore delivery of business
       services.
